Return Conditions

If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. If for any reason you aren’t pleased with your order, please reach out to us within 14 days of your purchase.
If we have processed your order and dispatched to your address and you have given us notice within 14 working days of the date on which you place your order, you will be entitled to a full refund but bear the cost of postage/courier return to us. However, we ask that if you have multiple bags of the same product and you want to return them all, that you only open one of the bags, and send the others back unopened.
Please Note: we reserve the right to levy a £25 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses. Full returns and cancellation policy is available under our ‘terms of use’.
