We use a third-party courier company for all our Mainland UK and Europe Zone orders. Please note that due to the current unstable market-monetary conditions, the rates below may change.

HOW THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORKS

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order. Please check this immediately to avoid any delays due to errors. Rockedge cannot be held responsible for additional costs incurred due to incorrect information given at the time of order. Parcels sent via courier require a signature on delivery.

If you are not going to be available to sign upon delivery you may contact the courier to arrange that the parcel is left in a safe place, left with a neighbour or at a local collection point. Alternatively, a calling card would be left, and re-delivery will be attempted the following day. Parcels left in a safe place are the responsibility of the customer and we will not be liable for any loss or damage that may occur to the parcel.

Our standard delivery is Monday to Friday. If your order is dispatched on a Friday, it should be received the following Tuesday. If you have missed your delivery and fail to respond to the courier’s message (via card, email or text) to re-arrange delivery, your order may be returned to us. If this is the case, you will have to cover the cost of the second delivery if you would like it re-sent.
